1. Rename part.kos to part.rar:
Example:
-  Name_file.part1.kos  to  Name_file.part1.rar
-  Name_file.part2.kos  to  Name_file.part2.rar
-  etc..
2. Unrar.
3. Burn or mount with Daemon Tools.
4. Install the game.
5. Use keygen when needed.
6. Run update. If patch doesnt want to start from the crack dir, copy it to your hdd and start from there
7. Copy over the cracked files to your install dir.
8. Play the game.
